i'm liking the new look, i think we're getting there with this. i wrote down a bunch of ideas the entire trip home. i also talked with danny lavely, who's going to akron u. in ohio (right by where i grew up). he loves the idea, and since he's a top 50 player, i want him posting, too. i'm going to send him the invite tonight. but he'll definitely produce some you-tube worthy material. i was thinking we could even have webisodes of some sort with shane and mitch, again, not necessarily related to racquetball.
anyway, i've got a lot to catch up on at work, so it probably won't be until closer to the weekend that i post again.

Sounds great. Just approved Danny. I did most of this at the airport on the way home from Memphis. FYI, I have your Head shirt. Getting caught up at work is not fun!

This is a great site! Great job on what you have done so far. How about a calendar feature on the Home Page and My Pages. It could be used initially by members to keep track of events and tournaments. Later it could evolve to listing the USRA Grand Slams, IRT, WPRO, and international events.

what about a chat session with a guest every month/week? I think that people would really enjoy a chat session on a regular basis with someone involved in the sport (pros, coaches, etc.). I think that would really give people a better understanding of players and it's something that people do for a lot of other venues, not just sports

I think combining the regular chats sessions with an event feature could be a good collaboration. There could be regular chat/video chat with prominent figures in the sport and we could have these events listed and people could RSVP.
